1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Handdaddy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Handdaddy. The platform is available to users in the United States and Canada only.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Male users may upload hand photos. Female users may rate hand photos. Misrepresenting your gender is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination. By providing your phone number and checking the consent box during registration, you agree to receive one SMS containing a verification code from Handdaddy. Message and data rates may apply. This consent is not required to make a purchase.
4. Content
All uploaded photos must be original content created by you. Photos must depict only hands. You retain ownership of your content but grant Handdaddy a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not upload explicit, offensive, or non-hand content. You may not attempt to circumvent verification systems or abuse the rating system. Automated accounts, bots, and duplicate uploads are prohibited.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms at our sole discretion.
7. Disclaimer
Handdaddy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits against Handdaddy.
